This policy explains what data Noam WebDesign collects, why, and how you stay in control of it, in line with the GDPR.

Data controller
Noam Mcirdi Husson, trading as Noam WebDesign, is responsible for the data collected on this site.
Data collected
Only what you send: name, email, subject and message through the contact form; industry, business description, goals, budget and contact details through the estimate; name, email, phone, topic, date, time and time zone when you book a call.
Purposes
Answering your requests, preparing quotes, organising calls and sending the related confirmation emails. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Processors
Cloudflare (site hosting and storage of requests), Resend (confirmation emails) and Google (appointment calendar). These providers may process data outside the European Union under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Contact and estimate requests are kept for 3 years after the last exchange, appointments for 12 months.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies. Your browser only remembers your theme choice and, if you booked a call, a reminder of that appointment. Audience measurement, when enabled, is anonymous and cookie-free.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data, and to object to its processing. Write to noammcirdihusson@gmail.com. You may also complain to the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
