We only collect data you provide voluntarily via the contact form (name, email, message) and via appointment booking (name, email, phone, chosen date/time).
Anonymous technical data (browser type, pages visited) may be collected for statistical purposes.
3. Purpose
Your data is used exclusively to reply to your requests, manage appointments and improve our services. It is never sold.
4. Retention
Contact data is kept for 3 years after the last exchange. Appointment data is kept for 12 months.
